SHIPPING
We ship worldwide with secure companies, so all items are insured. Shipping times range from destinations. Items are usually shipped next business day and have a transit time of approximately 2 days within Germany, 5 days to major metropolitan areas within Europe, and 5 to 10 days to US/Asia/Africa. We do not process orders on the weekend, so orders placed on Friday usually ship out on Monday.

RETURNS
We want you to love what you ordered. Returns are accepted on items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED.
Return requests are accepted within 14 days from the day the order has been delivered. International return requests are accepted within 20 from the day the order has been delivered.
All merchandise on sale or greater discount are considered a clearance sale. Return requests of clearance items are accepted within 3 business days upon receiving your order. PLEASE NOTE: We do not provide free return labels for shipping.
